Official rules

You must be 18 or older and live where taking part is allowed. One account per person. We may ask you to confirm your age and identity before we ship a prize.

Accounts that use bots, share seats between accounts or abuse promotions may be closed, and their entries voided.

Diamonds are a closed-loop play currency used for seats and boosts. They have no cash value and can't be cashed out, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside Lucky Market.

Bonus diamonds (sign-up, invites, daily bonus, promo codes) are spent before bought diamonds. We may change how bonus diamonds are given, and may set an expiry with notice.

Each lot is one product with a fixed number of seats at one price, shown on the lot page before you join. You can hold one seat per lot. Seats are numbered in the order they are taken.

When every seat is taken, round 1 is scheduled, by default 24 hours later, and each round after it by default 24 hours apart. The time of each round is shown on the lot page.

Each lot keeps the rules in force when it was created (its seat price, its cuts, its boost prices and windows), listed on the lot page under “All the rules”. Later changes to these rules apply to new lots only.

Each round is a series of spins on a weighted wheel. A seat's weight is 1, plus 0.5 for each boost unit bought for that round (at most 2 a round). In a cut round, about 30% of the remaining players are picked to get through (always at least 2), one spin at a time, and a picked player leaves the wheel before the next spin. Cuts continue until 5 or fewer remain; the final picks one winner.

Relics can add perks: luck multiplies a seat's weight by up to ×1.10 in total, and cashback returns up to 10% of the seat as bonus diamonds when it is out.

Every spin is derived from a secret seed committed by its hash before the lot opens and revealed after the round, so anyone can replay it. The method is described in full under Checking a draw. Boost windows close 5 minutes before a round.

If a lot is not full by its deadline (by default 7 days after it opens), it is cancelled and every seat is refunded in full, as the same kind of diamonds that paid for it. The same applies if we cancel a lot for any other reason. Seats are not refunded for getting through a round or for losing one.

The winner gets the product shown on the lot page, new and sealed, or one of equal or greater value if it is no longer available. Prizes can't be exchanged for diamonds or cash.

The winner claims the prize by giving a delivery name, address and phone number from their account. We ship at our cost and share tracking once it is on its way. Claim window and shipping regions: to be confirmed.

On lots that have one, players who are out may be shown a discount from a partner shop. Those offers are run by the partner under their own terms. We may earn a commission when you use one.

We may update these rules and will say so here before changes take effect. If something goes wrong with a lot, we may cancel it and refund every seat in full.
